Intellectual exploration, brought to you by the library!

If you’re attending tomorrow’s Dr. Noam Chomsky lecture ( in person or online), you may be inspired to read some of the abundant writings from the man who said that, “(e)ducation must provide the opportunities for self-fulfillment; it can at best provide a rich and challenging environment for the individual to explore, in his own way.”

Libraries have long been champions of intellectual freedom, so if
you’re up for some intellectual exploration, the ASU Libraries Catalog is a great place to start. It contains many items by and about Dr. Chomsky.

If an item is not located in the Law Library, you can request to have it sent here by clicking on the Place Request button.

If you’re looking for articles from an author like Dr. Chomsky, whose work spans many disciplines, a multi-disciplinary database, such as Academic Search Premier (EbscoHost) is a good place to start.

And if ASU doesn’t have what you’re looking for, remember you can request any item through our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) form (sign in with ASURITE ID and password required).
